It was a pretty day here in the "blue grass state" to some golf and thats just what happened. Brooks along with his team mates had a strong day out on the course. Hope you enjoy!!

Mission-Farm Class

Last week after class we went to a fellow students parents house here locally and check out their crops and animals. They had many different types of veggies and cover crops along with cute little goats roaming around as they pleased. The opportunity arose to try fresh peanuts straight out from the ground along with sweet potatoes. It was a really cool experience and I am looking forward to getting the chance to get back out there. Thanks!!

Pawpaw

Pawpaw is a fruit that comes from a tree in the tropics. It reminds me of a mix between a mango and a pear. A really tasty treat hands down!! Thanks to my friend Jake whom got some from his recent trip to The University of Kentucky's agricultural farm just up the road.
