In between Milledgeville and Athens I was able to get some good camping in. After a near 8 hours on the saddle, its always a treat to set up camp. Sometimes its a bit tricky to find a patch of woods, but then there are times when its a piece of cake. Sun was setting and the rear a bit tender, so it was time to start looking for potential spots. I settled for this uncropped farm land,and was stoked. Not bad fallen asleep looking at the big dipper Ill tell ya what. Woke to the sun and some turkeys on the tree line. Then its back to the open road!
