2lbs ground beef
2 bags of Idahoan mashed potatoes
1 onion
1 can of corn
1 can of peas
Bag of cheese
Now what ya do is...
Cook the meat with diced onions first. While your rippin that together, go ahead and get your mashed potatoes steady. When the meat is cooked, dump the veggies in & mix. Now it's time to bake. Grab a deep dish... Meat goes on the bottom, mash on top of the meat, and to top it off, the cheese. Let it bake for a beer or so at 350. Then grab that sucker outta the oven and shred!!
